The Solar System formed 4.6 billion years ago from the gravitational collapse of a giant interstellar molecular cloud. Until the 17th century, humanity did not recognize the concept of the Solar System and believed Earth to be stationary at the center of the universe.
This reimagined version of one of our classic designs features colored enamel planets and a starry universe on a vintage style figaro chain.
