The Alvareztitanium wedding band is forthe lover of geology or natural history. This ring is named after the father and son Alvarez duo who were the first to theorize a meteorite caused the extinction of the dinosaurs.
Our craftsmen and craftswomencarefully hand-place the red dinosaur bone ring inlay between two inlays of authentic black meteorite. We use the oldest known meteorite, Muonionalusta Meteorite to craft this unique band. When crushed, this meteorite produces black dust with silver metallic flecks. The black meteorite inlay is striking beside the red of the Agatized Dinosaur Bone. Thegrey and silver huesof ourdurable titanium band highlight the silver in the meteorite dust and provide a high contrast look against the red of the dinosaur bone.

Muonionalusta Meteorite Ring Inlay
Our meteorite rings contain authentic Muonionalusta meteorite, first discovered in northern Sweden in 1906. There are around 40 pieces known to exist. The ground meteorite produces black dust with shimmers of silvery iron, reminiscent of the space from which it came. We’ve added silver flecks to this design to give it the appearance ofa brilliant night sky.
Dinosaur Bone Ring Inlay
We use authentic agatized dinosaur bone fossils found in Utah. Thisunique form of agatized dinosaur bone is created as minerals in the soil replace the cells of the dinosaur bone. The result is a reddish hue that still resembles the capillary systems of these ancient creatures. The bones are normally stand-alone and not part of a full or even partial skeleton, so it can be very difficult to identify a particular species they come from.

We love titanium because it’s lightweight, yet an extremely hard and durable metal: considered strong as steel, but almost 50% lighter, making it an excellent choice for everyday wear. It has a warm feel compared to other metals and is both hypoallergenic and corrosion-resistant.
We crafted our titanium bands as an ode to the old Airstream trailers and the silver airplanes from the 1930s and 40s. Your ring is guaranteed to have a classy look that spans generations!
