It centers a natural oval opal cabochon weighing approximately 0.40 carat (measures 7.91 x 5.92 mm). It is haloed by 8 single cut diamonds weighing approximately 0.12 carat and 8 round rubies weighing approximately 0.50 carat.
The diamonds are approximately H-I color, VS2-SI1 clarity.
